Business Challenge

When CRG approached Urban Lighthouse they were looking to re-develop and refine their existing inventory management and auction software. In addition to taking advantage of some technological advancement they were also looking to refine some of its lifecycle and sale processes.

Solution

Urban Lighthouse was able to recommend and assist in re-designing some critical pre and post sale processes. In addition to these process changes, Urban Lighthouse developed an extensive Inventory Management and real-time vehicle auctioning system. The web based Inventory Management System incorporated a state of the art handheld device which powers a proprietary vehicle inspection system that was developed with the help of Urban Lighthouse. This Vehicle Inspection System allows CRG to perform a 150+ point inspection of a vehicle, record any damages and upload the inspection with pictures wirelessly to the server so that it can be placed in a real-time auction.
